Partner standards
What the Taitam-D badge promises
A client who sees the badge should get the same care they get at our own salon. These are the standards every partner keeps, and how we keep them fair.
Every partner
Licence and insurance in date, checked every year
A current licence where the council requires one, and insurance that covers every treatment on the menu.
Qualified for every treatment listed
Each therapist holds a qualification for the treatments they give, and we keep a copy on file.
Checked in every morning
Your team taps check-in when they arrive, so bookings from the network only land when someone who does that treatment is in. A booking that lands is honoured.
Honest reviews, honest prices
The price on the listing is the price paid. Reviews are the client's own words.
Complaints answered within 48 hours
And resolved within 14 days, with Taitam-D told at the same time.
How we keep it fair
A welcome visit in your first 90 days. If a standard is not met, we first agree a fix together; introductions pause only if it is not fixed, and you can always appeal to the partner manager. Either side can end the partnership with 30 days' notice.
- 1
We agree a fix and a date
- 2
Introductions pause until it is done
- 3
Partnership ends only if it is not done
Partners in the UK are encouraged to join the NHBF, whose mediation scheme clients can use if a complaint cannot be settled between you.
Using the name
Taitam-D Partner Salon, Taitam-D Partner Academy and Trained by Taitam-D are the three badges of Taitam-D Platform. We send the artwork; you use it as sent. The Academy's qualifications and awarding bodies belong to the Academy's own course pages.
- Use the badge on your window, your profiles and your own website
- Keep its proportions and clear space as supplied
- Name your own awarding body on your own course pages; the Academy's approvals stay with the Academy
- When a partnership ends, the badge comes down on the date we agree
