Pick the plan that fits this month and change it when your numbers change. Whatever you pick, the pay-as-you-grow plan never costs more than the fixed one in the same month. All prices exclude VAT.
For salons
Pay as you grow

Every salon plan includes: your listing, the Taitam-D Partner Salon badge, introductions with a reference code, a booking and deposit link on your own payment account, the monthly statement, and your partner manager.

A month under £25 rolls into the next one, and whatever is waiting is paid in December.
Set up with you, not left to you
Doing it yourself is free on every plan: open your partner account, build your profile from a form, connect Stripe or Square in about 15 minutes, upload courses. The Setup Pack is for when you would rather we did it with you: £149 for a salon, £249 for an academy, once. It comes back to you in full as service credit over the next 12 months, and it is free on an annual plan.

Larger imports, older systems, more courses, photography and signage are quoted separately.
How we charge
The cap is automatic.
The moment your month reaches £79 (salon) or £249 (academy), we stop counting.
A new client is counted once.
First visit only, and only when the booking we sent you is kept.
You see it before you pay it.
Statement on the 1st, 7 days to question it, card charged on the 8th.
We tell you when a cheaper plan fits.
Every quarter we compare your last 3 months against the other plan and say so if you would save.
Change plans when you like.
Move up to Partner Plus straight away; back to Pay as you grow with 30 days' notice. Academies can move between Share and Annual at any time.
Prices change with 30 days' notice.
And you may leave without penalty.

Partner fees are billed by TAITAM-D MANAGEMENT LTD and charged to the card on file. Academy fees are taken from the monthly payout, except the Annual plan.
Pricing questions
Do you take a percentage of my takings?
No. Salon fees are worked out from the listed price of the first treatment we introduced, not from your till. Academy fees are a share of course sales made through Taitam-D Academy.
What do I pay the payment provider?
Their standard rate, to them, on your own account. The calculator shows an estimate so you see the whole picture.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added on the invoice where it applies.
I am in Thailand. How do I pay?
Partners in Thailand see prices in baht. The currency and the way you pay are agreed in your partner terms, and Taitam-D Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is your contact for invoices and payouts.
