This is how people grow with Taitam-D: from a first treatment to a business of their own. Read it from top to bottom, or skip to the step you are on today.

Step 1 · Client

It starts with a good treatment

Who it is for: You want a treatment near you, from someone you can trust, without ringing around.
What you get: One place to message. Our assistant answers straight away, day or night, finds the nearest salon in the network that is open for it today, shows you the real free times, and books you in once you have paid the salon's deposit through the salon's own link. Prices are the salon's own, and nothing is added for the introduction.
What comes next: Some clients love the work and ask how to learn it. That is step two.

When you book with a partner salon or academy through us, we send your name, contact details and booking to that partner so they can welcome you and look after your appointment.
Partners are independent businesses. The partner pays Taitam-D when an introduction works out, and we never add anything to your price.

Step 2 · Learner

A qualification anyone can check

Who it is for: You want a recognised qualification, or a new skill, and somewhere to use it afterwards.
What you get: Taitam-D Academy London teaches VTCT and ITEC qualifications, and short courses for working therapists. Learn in person or online on Taitam-D Academy (academy.taitam-d.com), with 109 courses and 22 VTCT qualification paths in 4 languages: lessons, quizzes, evidence uploads, assessor feedback, and a certificate with its own verification page. These are qualifications our salons and partner salons recognise, and when you finish we introduce you to salons in the network that are hiring. Prefer to start in a salon straight away, on reception or as an assistant? Learn while you work: the same courses, in the evenings or online.
The money: Course fees are shown on each course page. In the UK you pay TAITAM-D MANAGEMENT LTD; in Thailand, Taitam-D Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd..
What comes next: A salon needs your qualification before you can treat its clients: its licence and insurance cover only the treatments you are qualified in. With it in hand, we introduce you to salons that are hiring. That is step three.

Step 3 · Team

Work where your qualification counts

Who it is for: You have your qualification, or you are working towards it, and you want a salon where you can use it, with steady hours and people to learn from.
What you get: Qualified or still training? We introduce you to our King's Cross salon and to partner salons across the network that are hiring, for the treatments you are qualified in. Partner salons tell us when they are hiring, and people who trained with us are introduced first. Every day at the chair adds to what the qualification started.
What comes next: A qualification plus years at the chair is what a teacher is made of. That is step four.

Step 4 · Instructor

Teach without building a school

Who it is for: You know your craft and want to teach it, earn from it, and be known for it, without setting up systems or chasing students.
What you get: Two ways in. Teach at Taitam-D Academy London, in person or on video. Or put your own course on Taitam-D Academy (academy.taitam-d.com) under your name: we host it, sell it, collect the fees, issue the certificates and pay you every month. Learners come from the network and from your own following.
The money: Your own course on Taitam-D Academy works like a small academy: 15% of sales, capped at £249 a month, paid out by the 15th. Details on the pricing page.
What comes next: Teaching often leads to a business of your own: a salon or an academy. That is steps five and six.

Step 5 · Salon owner

Your salon, with a network behind it

Who it is for: You are opening a salon, or already run one, and want clients, a name people trust, and systems you did not have to build.
What you get: Bookings from clients near you, sent straight into your diary with the deposit already in your account. The Taitam-D Partner Salon badge. Our website, chat and booking link. Training for your team at the Academy. Graduates get Trained by Taitam-D, with lower rates and packages that add a website, ads and an assistant of your own.
The money: From £0 a month, paying only when an introduced client arrives, never more than £79 in a month. Or £79 a month flat.
What comes next: Some salon owners start teaching the people they hire. That is an academy.

Step 6 · Academy founder

Build your academy on Taitam-D Academy

Who it is for: You want to sell and teach courses under your own name, with learners, a name people trust, and payments you can follow.
What you get: Your own academy page on Taitam-D Academy (academy.taitam-d.com): courses, prices, tutors, your colours. Learners from the network and your own. Taitam-D courses to teach, on a revenue share. Certificates anyone can verify. A route to teaching VTCT qualifications through our centre. One statement a month and payout by the 15th.
The money: 15% of course sales, capped at £249 a month, taken from your payout. Or £2,490 a year and keep every fee.
What comes next: And your academy's first learners may well start out as someone's clients. The journey begins again.
