Partner terms
The partner terms, in plain words
This is the summary. The full terms are sent to you by email before you decide anything, and nothing starts until you have read them and said yes.
Partner terms
What you join
Taitam-D Platform, run by TAITAM-D MANAGEMENT LTD in the UK and Taitam-D Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Thailand. You stay an independent business with your own clients, prices and staff.
Bookings from the network
We send a booking to the nearest salon that has checked in that day with a therapist who does the treatment, and that has the time the client wants. Our own salon is listed and labelled. You may pause bookings from the network at any time from the chat, without penalty.
What a new client is
Someone whose booking we sent to your salon with a reference code, who arrives for that first visit, and who was not your client in the previous 365 days.
Fees
The plan you chose, as shown on the pricing page on the day you joined. Salon fees are capped each month. Academy fees come out of your payout.
Statements
Salons: statement on the 1st, 7 days to query, card charged on the 8th. Academies: statement on the first working day, 5 days to confirm, paid by the 15th.
Standards
Current licence and insurance, qualified therapists, a team that checks in each morning, and the same care we give at our own salon. If a standard is not met, we first agree a fix together.
Bookings and clients
Introduced clients book through the link we set up until their first visit is done. After that, they are yours.
The name
Use the badge as supplied, and take it down on the agreed date if the partnership ends.
Information
You look after the details of clients we introduce under your own privacy notice. We look after ours. Information moving between the UK and Thailand is covered by standard clauses.
Leaving
Monthly plans end with 30 days' notice from either side. Prices change only with 30 days' notice, and you may leave without penalty if you prefer.
No rewards for recruiting partners
Partners are rewarded for clients and learners, never for bringing in other partners.
Partners in Thailand also receive a pre-contract disclosure document covering fees, the business model, intellectual property and how the agreement ends.
