From one message to a booked appointment
Here is exactly what happens between a client's first message and their first visit: who sees what, and how we choose which partner to introduce.

If nobody at a salon has checked in, or the time has gone, the system moves on to the next nearest salon by itself and tells the client we are finding somewhere close by. Nobody at a salon has to watch a screen.
How we choose
Nearest first. Then which salon has a therapist checked in today who does that treatment. Then who has the time the client wants. Our own salon is in the list and labelled as ours. No plan buys a better position.

What we always tell clients
- You are talking to Taitam-D's AI assistant. Ask for a person at any time.
- When you book with a partner salon or academy through us, we send your name, contact details and booking to that partner so they can welcome you and look after your appointment.
- Partners are independent businesses. The partner pays Taitam-D when an introduction works out, and we never add anything to your price.
And for people who want to learn
A message about training works the same way. The assistant asks what you want to learn and where you are, introduces the academy nearest you or the one teaching that subject, and you enrol on Taitam-D Academy (academy.taitam-d.com). Partner academies pay us a share of the course fee; your price is the academy's own.
